Seem to be inconsistent with sizes. Chips not always full, ice cream sizes vary...Prices are good but came away feeling disappointed

Very average overall. Very long wait in the drive through to start with. That's good that I am going to a busy place. Chips were cold as and we decided to go and return and ask for fresh ones. They didn't like that and gave us even worse ones. Opsss never annoy a chef. The crispy chicken burger had a sad looking tomato slice and tiny pieces of lettuce as a salad with heaps of mayo. Patty was good. Burger bun was stodgy. Our plant base chicken burger had a better presentation, still a faux chicken patty is a hard thing to master. Overall the stuff served was miles away from the pictures on the wall around the eatery. The best thing was an eager seagull trying to attack us through a clean windshield of our car.Guys come on, lift your game please.

My burger was stone cold. They did replace it for me which was nice. Restaurant was understaffed and therefore was filthy. All tables and floors were dirty. Wait times were reasonable. Wouldn't rush back again which is a shame as I enjoy Burger King usually

Went in today to try out the crispy barbecue loaded fries. Was thoroughly disappointed in the portion size compared to the image advertised on the photos on the front window and online. When asking at the counter about the portion size we were told that the photos advertised were the large size, however when ordering there was no option for a large size. When going to eat the fries it was proven to be difficult due to the toppings loaded on being messy. When asking again at the front counter if we were able to have a fork to eat our fries, the server rudely dismissed our request.Overall, not happy with the service we received today at Burger King Andersons Bay :( 0/10

Well after spending nearly $70 here, this is what they call a Regular Sundae. Ripped off much? And they stuffed up my order missing an item out. Just wish we had BurgerFuel down here in Dunedin.

Went in the drive thru and ordered cheeseburger and chips. Got home. No cheeseburger but dry nuggets and pitiful chips. Rang to make complaint but no answer. Hence bad review. I got a ghost pepper whopper which was nice but they are no good at answering calls and to late to go bk

Pretty disappointed that I mentioned multiple times that I didn’t want bacon in my vegetarian burger. When I got home and went to look, it had bacon in it although vegetarian packing with a plant based patty. Although the guy that came out to deliver it to my car was very nice. It was still friendly service.

Went through the drivethru, girl on the other end of the speaker seemed as though she was competent enough to be taking the order. She confirmed what coupon I wanted. All good. Paid $21something for a coupon 01, added bacon, cheese & onion.When I went to eat my order. The chips were under cooked and greasy. The burgers were WRONG. Some of the cheapest on the menu and I also DON’T EAT BEEF.So I proceeded to call them, so they could rectify the situation (as I was on the other side of town). The Indian initially answered the phone, and then hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone after that.Even though I rung, like 20 times, with NO response.One simple task to complete, at which the restaurant was very quiet time. But still couldn’t get the order right.Infact, the establishment is always stuffing up the orders, one way or another - never once getting an order completely correct.Anyway. I had to waste my time, diesel and energy by driving to the Andersons bay Burger King…. Where I was hardly acknowledged… the indian man behind the counter could barely speak English - which was frustrating… I asked for a refund. To which he agreed and then proceeded to throw the incorrect order into the bin (which seems like an ABSOLUTE WASTE) And didn’t even try to compensate me, nor did he apologise for screwing the order up.BOYCOTT THIS BURGER KING AND SUPPORT OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES
