I had some excellent service from Kimmy at Pukekohe. She took the time to listen to my specific needs (being in a wheelchair) and kept me informed of progress. My car had a couple of niggling issues which were fixed during the service. She also kept me informed regularly when we were waiting for a part to arrive from overseas.

Disappointed the fault wasn’t covered under warranty. The service and repair $580 odd was expensive. The Ute and my CX 40 purchased new from South Auckland. Expected better.

Excellent service phoned in the morning to say airbag light was flashing. Kimmy booked me straight in that day even though there was no appointments & it was fixed while I waited. Great service. Thank you!

Although the office staff was lovely . I was told an hour and half to two hours ute would be ready . 41/2 hours later i had to request my ute so i could pickup children and they still didnt have time to finish the after clean completely. I asked as most of the staff out back were in a group talking out back and i was still waiting . Not good , if they need a whole day to service please let client know so they not left waiting around this length of time or book times slots to the ability of those doing the work!

Not overly happy. As a long term loyal customer I serviced my vehicle over 3 weeks ago paying nearly $500 for pretty much an oil change. I asked for another couple of small things to be done but apparently there wasn’t time and when I collected my vehicle there was a scratch on the drivers door which i reported immediately and have heard nothing since
