Always great books to be found here, and not just the new releases. Plenty to suit all different tastes. Not only books, but games for the kids, as well as adults, great for a cold, wet day when we don't want to leave the comfort of home.

I went into the store with some lotto scratches and the lady behind the counter said why didn't you scratch the barcode and she said that she usually tells people to scratch themselves and because I had touched them she could get covid so I won't be going back to your store again i don't think it's my job to do that I don't know how you train your staff but she sure needs some more training to be nice to people...

When I ask for help to find out stationary for my kid beacause I was with my little one lady said they won't go out and help people. How rude is that. Really, what the heck you are doing there then, you were three staff in the shop with one customer. You need to change your attitude towards customer.ALTHOUGH they help me when I said I will come back with more free time. And I appreciate that. But first reaction was so bad.

Friendly and helpful staff but wasn't impressed when they asked my parter if they needed any help when they saw me tell him I was looking for a book. It's also the only place I know that constantly forgets to ask or lookup and see if people are Whitcoulls members as well.
