Boutique Cattery

After reading the latest so called review I felt I had to comment and write a review of my own.Although I no longer use Boutique Cattery as my babies have passed and I am now overseas, I can say that the communication from these guys was top class. They always got back to me usually within an hour of my E mail and certainly within an hour when I messaged them on Facebook. I can't understand why some people feel it necessary to down tread businesses and be key board warriors. I don't know all the circumstances but come on couldn't you use a phone at all if you weren't happy and needed informationThe care that these guys gave my cats was top notch they post almost daily pictures of the cats and if I had any concerns at all they were so reassuring those concerns soon faded away. I found they went above and beyond and I know that they do so much more than other catteries and don't charge for the extra service.I'd also like to thank them for all their efforts to raise money for cat charities and organisations, I've never seen other catteries that do thisGood on you Pat and Jacquie don't listen to the haters you do an amazing job and your Cattery is the very best I've found and trust me I've been to alot all around the world. Look at all the other reviews and all the fantastic comments from numerous people that use your services

Patrick did a really good care of our cats. Our cats have never been to a cattery before so we were bit worried but they have been fine throughout their stay. Patrick always respond to our queries promptly. He is excellent and professional. We highly recommend Boutique Cattery.

Boutique cattery is absolutely fantastic! I wouldn’t take our cats anywhere else. I was a little nervous to drop them off the first time, but I went and checked the place out and found it very clean and spacious and all the other cats were really calm and well looked after. All of my questions were happily answered. Both of our cats had a great stay and adjusted really well. Now I feel really comfortable heading away for a holiday as I know we’ve got somewhere fantastic for the cats to go. Thank you!

Great place to leave your beloved pets here while you are away. We left our 5 year old cat for a month who has never stayed at a cattery before and we were pleased with their service she was looked after. I would recommend this place.

We absolutely love sending our cat Charlie on holiday" at Boutique Cattery. We were like nervous parents dropping him off for the first time but they put us at ease and now we won't go anywhere else. Patrick spends a phenomenonal amount of time taking photos and uploading them to Facebook so we can keep an eye on our fur child. We can't recommend these guys highly enough."

Botique Cattery is the only place we will take our Miso too. You know your cat will be well looked after by Pat & Jacquie, who show such care for our fur babies whilst staying at their cattery.

I would highly recommend boutique Cattery for your fur babies. We have two cats, Ebony and Patches and they were well looked after. Patrick and Jacquie put us at ease on the first day we dropped them off for our holiday. The place is clean and spacious and plenty of activities for the cats. As an extra bonus they take photos of the car in their care and put on Facebook which made our holiday enjoyable as we could see they were really happy and look like they were having an holiday as well.
