We booked a loft on an Airbnb on Queen Street managed by Zodiak Management for the Elton John show, Auckland wasDeclared a state of emergency by the overnment. We requested a cancellation and refund. We were told to read the cancellation policy, very rude email, we were prepared to reschedule the dates but instead got half our money back and booking cancelled. Not the best customer experience we've had with Airbnb. Very disappointing at the lack of compassion and understanding!

Great location with stunning views!!Our one week fly by stay was made so much easier thanks to Stefan and everyone at Zodiac, everything about everything was fantastic, facilitates and carpark was a huge bonus. The room was perfect for our stay, great comfy bed & a bath that was lovely to soak in at the end of the day. Thanks team for a great stay. Highly recommend.

I stayed at an apartment managed by Zodiak after arriving in NZ. The information I received throughout the process was clearly laid out and explained. When I arrived I had booked a taxi through them, but my baggage didn't arrive so I was delayed coming through to meet him. I was able to email the situation to Zodiak, who were able to notify the driver. They were incredibly helpful throughout.The apartment itself was clean and beautifully presented. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We love our stay in Auckland. This was our second time and it was as good as the first. The villa is beautiful, and the location is great. Communication is good. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Really cool funky industrial apartment. Quiet at night, but close to everything. 8 minute walk to Sky City and 15 mins to Viaduct, so nice and central. Apartment has everything you need, and super comfortable bed. Will book again next time I am up in Auckland.

Great stay! Had everything we needed (like hair dryer, iron, and washer/dryer), was quality construction in a newer building, and the best location. Real value for money! Also very communicative and responsive team.

Great staff, quick and clear communications. The apartment we booked perfectly matched the photos and description and it was a bonus to have a carpark included. Well worth the relatively cheap price we paid in a central and busy location.

Zodiak Management made my first Airbnb experience a breeze! From preparing the apartment to managing it, everything was hassle-free and went smoothly. The owner, Stefan, is prompt in communication and was hands-on in helping me get started with the Airbnb service. I was pleasantly surprised when my rent doubled in the first month. If you're hesitant about using this company, don't waste any more time or money. Stefan and his team will turn your apartment into a profitable venture in no time!Plus the management sent me a gift box. What a surprise!

This apartment on Queenstreet is absolutely beautiful and welcoming with all the equipment you need to cook a good meal and feel at home.The bed is very comfortable and the unit is very clean. A very important criteria for me - cleanliness -The staff is very reactive and will always answer your questions and help you find solutions.If I had to come back in Auckland, I will surely get in touch with Stefan and the Zodiak Apartment to find out a beautiful place to stay here.I recommend

I’m almost nervous to give this review because I don’t want the apartment to be booked out next time I go!It was absolutely phenomenal. Parking is a massive bonus, the spaces are not super tiny either. Location is superb- we were within walking distance of everything in the CBD, all the shops and restaurants were in our doorstep and the bus stop to get everywhere else was just around the corner.The apartment itself is brilliant. It had everything we needed and to be honest we could happily have stayed there 10 times longer.Great communication from the host, highly highly recommend!Thanks for the stay!
