I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this store. Firstly they sold a phone that had internal problems, it caused constant pop ups and was eating the battery due to the amount of applications loading, it was like an existing virus on the phone. The phone was also over priced compared much it was for elsewhere. We took the phone back to query and get refund, after a good hour of disputing they finally repaid us back part of the cost but still left us $40 short as they explained they needed to fix phone? I also got a second opinion from a supplier that advised that there was an existing problem on the phone.Secondly unfortunately an elderly person with no knowledge on buying tablets recently purchased an Ipad 4, 16GB, second hand with dents and bad condition for $400. They supplied an incorrect charger, this has been since replaced with the correct charger, but we are very disappointed of the cost of the tablet and condition. After our first experience with this business we know that there was no way a refund would be given, and have no time to fight again with this business and getting no where.This business takes advantage of anyone that has no knowledge in technology, the worker Ming will spend an hour repeating the same thing to try and get you confused and just wait for you to give up. It was a complete nightmare explaining our point of view. Best scenario is just taking these guys to disputes tribunal. No response to emails also, they chose to ignore so that the problem goes away.

Very bad service. Would not recommend. Paid $170 for my screen to be fixed for it to only break 2 weeks later just sitting in my pocket. They gave me a cheap knock off screen that can't handle the everyday stress of using a phone and told me it would cost a further $80 to repair. Also I have some blind spots on the screen that doesn't recognise when you touch the screen, and they claimed it was workimg fine. Still no fix has been done by them. Waste of time and money

There’s a lot of stuff there, the environment is ok with pretty good services. I’d recommend thy to my friends and family. I fixed my phone there before and they gave me some advice that really helped me. (Like, I should’ve used some protection aka cases and screen protectors.)

Do NOT take your phone here . Terrible business owners .They will not give refunds on failed repairs.They did NOT replace the cracked screen successfully when it was working perfectly beforehand .They tried 3 times and wouldn’t give a refund after that . It was a waste of time and money .They stripped the waterproofing without warning beforehand and I wouldn’t have let them do that if I had known.This is a BAD business . Don’t go there !Also the Jiangs write their own reviews to get there ratings up after bad reviews .Do not trust them

Repaired my iPad screen, great quality. Very efficient. I will be back for other repairs

Bought a charging cable from here and it charged slower than the one it was replacing, don't buy cheap.Got a Belkon and was great.
