KFC Shirley tried to salt us to death. Nice try.Had to chuck most of chips out. Please take better care of the food.

absolutely dismal performance. Last few times going to this branch, something has been wrong every time, even if my order has been repeated back to me. Do not recommend.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. No bacon, no zinger fillets for burgers, no seasoning whatsoever on chips and they made my order regular size rather than large. Never going back again.Edit: also had to wait at least 30min in the drive through before even being able to order

Missing part of order. Sauce with nuggets! Apparently don't come with sauce anymore, order separately. Not asked eat in or takeaway, every order was made takeaway ALL THAT IN-STORE RUBBISH probably not being separated to recycle.

Some days its very tasty and others not so great. Last lot not so good. Chips were burnt and the box was only 3/4 full. Potatoe and gravy not full either.3weeks later: waited in line for 20 mins to find they have no chicken, only wicked wings, we can adapt, we wanted a bucket so we get a pack of wicked wings but instead of having some deal for the slides we get charged for each slide making it super expensive. With an 1hr and a half til you shut at least put sign up saying you have no chicken, at the drive entrance.

i have just had a dreadful time at this place. I put my order in at the drive thru but could hardly hear the lady's voice, I asked for a burger and 3 pieces of chicken. Couldn't hear what she was saying still so drove up to the window to pay. I told the girl what I wanted, got my order after paying for it but I had a gut feeling that something wasn't right and it wasn't. I got 3 wicked wings!!! So I went into the shop to swap it over but the girl told me I ordered the wicked wings. I told her I didn't and she kept arguing the point. I have to admit I lost it and yelled at her but I don't take too kindly with being basically accused of being a liar. I got my refund and went elsewhere where I didn't have any problems at all. I would apologise for yelling but feeling that I as a liar isn't something to apologise for.

Serious issues here..If I could give no stars, I would..Last few times I've been here, the food has been awful..twice the wicked wings has tasted “chemically” and when I’ve brought this issue up, the staff have been rude about it and offer a refund as they have to “shut off” and “clean out” their fryer. After being told it takes over 2hrs to clean and that I can’t wait, I decided to go back through their drive through 20mins later to find they never shut off the fryers and they are still serving wicked wings (they run them through one fryer separate from their normal chicken) so huge red flags.I LOVE extra seasoning but it’s gone way over the top with the amount they put on their chips,

Stood in line for 3 or 4 minute before anyone acknowledged anyone in the line but I guess they were busy with drive-thru. They only had large cups, there was no ice or coleslaw. Food was unexpectedly good as far as KFC goes.

I came around 9:45 in the night. I ordered 20 wicked wings And a large gravy and they gave me expired gravy (19:00)!!! Not only that they charge me normal price instead of trade up!!!!!! Check your product KFC SHIRLEY!!!
