When we were looking to buy our first home we wanted a Solicitor who we can rely up on. When I asked around in my friend circle for any good reference all came back with some mixed reviews. So I thought I will just google and do my own research that is how I came across Armstrong Murray. I am really glad that I choose AM. We were helped by Debbie Nelson for the whole process. She is soo grate can't recommend her enough. She responds on time, gives good advices, was soo easy to deal with. Our property had some title complications and our bank has asked lot of questions and Debbie was able to help us with all that and kept the whole process easy for us. She was always there to answer all our doubts. The fee was very reasonable from AM. I highly recommend Debbie Nelson for anyone looking to get a Solicitor for their first home.

Jackie managed the sale and settlement of my own property concurrent with the purchase of my new house. I had been 23 x years in my previous home so Jackie had to explain lots of the details. She did this simply, clearly and gave me confidence that things were being managed so professionally with a true customer focused, supportive approach. Really responsive; always happy to explain anything, answer any questions! Difficulties at settlement were handled so professionally - highly recommended.

Abbie and her team assisted me with a mortgage refinance this month. It was a very smooth and efficient process and only involved one visit to the Takapuna office to sign documents (all other comms were quick and via email). The new home was still under construction, so we needed advice about buying off the plans, the contract etc. Abbie Featherstone was excellent to deal with. She is very diligent with all the documents and gave us very good advice and recommendations on some changes to the documents.The firm handled all the details seamlessly, and took care of the administrative issues in good time.All in all it was reassuring to have our interests well managed and gave us good confidence to proceed.
