Little Indian lady from beauty section was very rude to me. She was serving like she is targeting me. She charged me extra . When I went again and ask her why you guys charge me extrashe was being rude to me . And explaining me that wasn’t her fault. Then I said m not blaming you . She said M JUST TELLING YOU THAT S NOT MY MISTAKE!!! .

So basically I came in the other day to the beauty department looking for a special gift for family. I had spent the entire day searching for a gift and couldn't find anything. This lady named Sharan (pretty sure) came up to me and her customer service was on point. She completely focused all her attention on helping me and was extremely friendly.. we got along so well so it made it easier for me to ask questions and find the perfect item. I don't usually leave reviews but I keep thinking about how great her customer service was. 10/10 Thanks sharan.

Beauty counter ladies are RUDE! Lizzie is great! The two ladies at the beauty counter one short Indian lady with glasses and one taller lady Yolanda or something are so terribly rude! The store manager John is also so rude. Do NOT recommend those ladies, however, Lizzie is an absolute gem and helped us out so much the two stars are for her.

I bought from Clinic at Farmers. Zoe who is in charge of Clinic brand gave me a very good and complete consultation about what is the best for my skin and my face. She is very friendly, professional and patient. She gave me a free sample from Clinic brand. I highly recommend you to try this brand and talk with Zoe. will definitely go back to buy again.

Horrible experience. Rude staff Tina, horrible attitude towards customers.I bought over 200 dollars of clothing for myself and friend’s child as gift, I asked for another bag to put gift in there, the staff were getting it until Tina turned around and said, no we don’t give out bags. Instead of explaining to me why, she said one bag per receipt. So I said if I get my husband to separate payment we would get another bag? She quickly changed and said: no, one bag per family. It’s not like I bought one thing and asked for two bags??? Common sense??I made complaint to the manager and she followed & argued with me while manager is still there. What an attitude lady? Throw your tantrums at home!The other staff were being really helpful throughout the whole time.

Great place to buy clothes, skincare, household items and so on. The promotions are pretty good.In general, staff let you enjoy browsing items without being annoying or intrusive. The changing rooms are large and comfortable. Fantastic place to shop.

The place is ok. They are doing renovations inside. The lady staff(tall and Asian)who is working at the home section is awful. Her attitude is terrible and very rude. She didn’t know how to serve and handle the problem. She raised the her voice and expressed the her feeling in voice and face. It was the terrible and very unpleasant experience with the staff. I do not recommend at all.
