South Auckland Taxi

Caught a taxi from the airport the other day, through another taxi company and was charged $50 from the airport to Mangere East. Caught one again around the same time through this taxi company and was charged almost $90. Before hopping into the vehicle he said I’ll be looking at around $70 worth omthe ride and then when we finally reached the location he handed back the eftpos machine and had punched in $89.50. Ridiculous !!!

Worst services ever. No supervisor or manager on hand (apparently). I told the person answering the line I want to make a complaint and what's the process. She said I am the complaints process". And them she said nothing happens even if you go to the board. Great."

Worst service if there was a rating of 1 or 0 I would pick that worst taxi company do not expect good service at all

Hi as a visitor to Auckland I expected alot better, the first 3 times I used this service were exceptional the driver arrived in a timely manner and was very professional, then the service I received yesterday afternon was disgusting, I rang and booked a taxi for a time was told the taxis don't go to Otahuhu, (But I was dropped off there in the morning) I was then told there would be a delay, I rang at 220pm to be told that no booking had been made I then waited another 30mins for a taxi and no show so I rang for a third time and to which I was give another taxi companies number to which then I waited another 30mins, this put a big downer on my great trip to Auckland.

Booked a day early for a hospital appointment.Waited and waited but it never arrived.Phoned a couple of times to see where my taxi was and once they finally answered, was told that they were very busy.What's the sense in ordering a taxi a day ahead, if they can't organise their own drivers.Wouldn't recommend. Missed my appointment.Uber was more reliable.

It's hard to explain, the worst thing is they aren't consistent. But the drivers when I can get one are lovely and efficient it's more the dispatch who need training and it's fine if I can get past them to a supervisor, but then the staff say there are no supervisors on so stuck in limbo...and where are all the vans? If anyone has a van be an uber or a taxi driver..I can never get a van

We couldn't. We waited 3/4 of an hour for a pick up from papatoetoe RSA . I rang back she said she couldn't find a driver for cab . I couldn't believe it and canceled it a got a ride with rival company
