I have been attending private lessons with Su for the last two months, she is always gentle and attentive to my needs. I can see and feel the difference in my body, especially my strength and flexibility have increased drastically! The sound healing and shoulder massage at the end of the session were a nice touch, totally love it!!

I've attended three community classes with Susze so far and found her classes to be a wonderful introduction to Yoga and I've also booked in for her beginner's Yoga workshop class over the Queen's birthday weekend. The community classes are a great opportunity to take and there are paid classes you can take up as well.

I used to attend Susze's classes back in Hamilton. I think it was one of best classes I have attended. Loved the small group settings and personal attention. She cares about her students, even went on extra miles to make sure that I was okay. An excellent instructor with so much passion!

Susze is an excellent teacher, her passion about mental well-being on top of classical yoga is a wonderful combination that most of us need in daily lives :) and on top of that the sound healing is magical!
