Average, I played all around it. Had the forward defence of rigor ended up playing like Chris Martin.

Must say the progress I’ve seen in the last 5 years working with these guys I’m starting to see results on the field. Saved my team yesterday with a solid 43 off 287 balls unfortunately by partner being run out off the last ball of the game for us to lose. However - I never looked like getting out, and have now moved up to number 8 where I was always a number 11 who didn’t bowl. Can’t wait to see what the next 5 years brings. Highly recommend

I wasn’t sure whether to give this club 1 star or 5 stars, so I went down the hay diddle diddle.On the one hand, the outfield was quick and great for my notorious late cut shot.On the other hand, the behaviour of the club manager “Mr Callum” was a little concerning.He kept coming over to us and asking “how well the boys were stroking today”. I’m not 100% sure what it meant but, it often was accompanied by his hand on our shoulders for at least 5 Mississippi’s, which in my opinion is too long.Anyway, if you’re into fast outfields and prolonged physical contact, I highly recommend giving Westmere cricket club a try.Kia Kaha.
