Vector Powersmart

About 6 years ago, I purchased components from PowerSmart in Mt. Maunganui . From the time I walked into the shop, I was treated professionally, both personally, and attention to my solar requirements . The invert er gave trouble about 2 years later, and without any hesitation, or delay, the problem was rectified, and I was supplied a NEW unit, with an apology for any inconvenience .Today, Monday, 29/2/16, the regulator had a hiccup, and I phoned PowerSmart for a pass-number to reboot the regulator . I was put through to Shane, whom I had dealt with at time of purchase, and he, as usual, went out of his way to patiently find the code, and made sure everything was ok .AllI can say is, we customers do not acknowledge EXCELLENT/PROFESSIONAL service when we should, and I would like to commend Shane and his team for everything, and HIGHLY recommend PowerSmart to anyone who wants to do business with an OUTSTANDING company .Thanks PowerSmart
