I had a fantastic experience with Alana and her team - from the get go everything was super relaxed and I had ample time to go through all the dresses I liked and pick out as many as I wanted to try on - I even tried some on 2-3 times was no trouble! I didn’t end up making a decision on the day and it was no sweat, Alana took my measurements in case I changed my mind before my next appointment, she also honoured the 20% off sale that was going to expire by the time I came in next - which helped so much - weddings are pricey! I finally made my decision with no pressure and it was entirely my own - 6 months later I had the final fitting and alterations to my dress it was perfect! I recommend Bride and Winter to all my friends getting married

Meg was awesome! I didn’t have the luxury of multiple sessions due to time constraints and Meg totally understood the assignment! She found me my perfect dress and the whole process was so painless (more for me than her I’m sure!). Thank you for your amazing work!

Highly recommend! I had the absolute best experience getting my dress here. The girls were so accommodating when I had to change my appointment last minute. They took their time with me and were not pushy at all for me to buy something. Not to mention my dress was absolutely perfect and they kept me so well up to date while it was being made.

All I can say is wow! 10/10 service and no regrets. My first dress shopping appointment was at Bride and Winter and I’m so glad because Vicky made me feel immediately comfortable and welcome. I felt like trying on wedding dresses was such a vulnerable personal moment, and the bride and winter team absolutely get that and do their all to make you feel at home in their store. Every appointment I had right through to my final fitting the week before my wedding, the team were kind, helpful, supportive and patient with my 100 questions. Nothing was a problem for them. Cannot rate my experience enough! Alana was super friendly and made the try on experience of trying to find ‘the one’ super relaxed and easy. I had lots of questions in the lead up to my try on and she was super quick in getting back to me with answers, and we felt she was really invested in helping me to find my dream dress! If you are looking for a bridal shop that gives you the full experience, this is the one! x

Absolutely amazing experience with bride and winter. They helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. They made the experience very seamless from first trying it on to having it fitted and then picking it up. Awesome communication throughout the journey. 10/10.

The Bride & Winter team made finding *the dress* a breeze, they have so many beautiful dresses to choose from, and the whole process was made so easy and stress free. Side note - the seamstress is a hoot!
