I wanted to hire chairs a few weeks ago for a very special occasion. Sadly I arrived 5 mins late and receptionist told us to ring if we get there late. So I called a couple times but no answer. Went to the door and there was a man sitting at the desk and he ducked and hid. I knocked again and instead of coming to the door he just sat there. Poor and rude customer service

Customer experience was good. We didn’t end up hiring from Carlton Hire due to unavailability of the outdoor furniture we wanted (to keep in line with the theme of our party). I’d highly recommend dealing with Maya Prasad. She not only provided prompt service but was very helpful in offering other tips.

We used Carlton party hire east and south for our wedding. They were so welcoming and friendly. They really understood our vision and made our dream wedding a reality, stress free. I would 100% recommend Carlton party hire East and South.We also used Carlton East and south for our sons first birthday, amazing communication and smooth transition in and out of our event. They came and measured our space and made everything fit perfectly.
