F45 Kumeu is an amazing gym and community. The coaches are so encouraging and passionate about what they do. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time to the gym environment or if you are a regular, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Joining F45 Kumeu has been life changing for me.

My life has changed since I joined the f45 kumeu 1.5 years ago. not only it's a great physical excersise but also puts you in healthy eating habits. Overtime you become stronger mentally and physically. I'm grateful for this amazing team.

Always a great atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming at F45 Kumeu. The Trainers are lovely and always there to help and motivate and provide alternatives if you need them. With the workouts already planned for you, all you have to do is turn up.

I highly recommend F45 Kumeu. The owners Mandy and Jamie make you feel like a part of a team along with their amazing crew of trainers they encourage you to strive to be your best self. I love that you just turn up and everything is in place ready for you to work out, It is varied and the workouts are balanced to ensure you use all muscle groups to achieve the functional fitness. F45 is fun and very addictive - I love it :)

The MOST supportive family to join. Weirdly going to F45 Kumeu has become the highlight of my day (which I never thought would happen). Highly recommend it to anyone, no matter what stage they are in their fitness journey. Trainers are fantastic! very helpful, approachable, and fun!! I highly recommend F45 Kumeu. Don't worry about the photos of just young fit slim people in the adverts, it is great for everyone. I'm a woman over 50 and feel very comfortable there. I've been going to different Gyms and Fitness Groups for over 30 years, and F45 Kumeu is one of the best I've been to. I like the variety, class times, and trainers and I have seen some great results, what's more, I always look forward to going. I also think the price is great value, you can go as many times as you like and there are trainers helping you every time!
