The best personal care and service as far as knowledgeable travel agents who have really gone to the locations you want to go to, and can share their tips first hand. Always feel super secure booking trips here, and any issues are always handled with no stress. Way better than the robots at Flight Center. Highly recommended!

Hello, I want to thank Gavin Rasikaran from HOT Parnell for the fantastic service provided to us during our recent emergency travel overseas. We had to reach out to him late in the evening and he got us all sorted and on a flight early next morning. He was very understanding and helpful when we had a change our itinerary a couple of times while overseas. His kindness helped us immensely during what was a very difficult time overseas. THANK YOU

Poor quality service and borderline scamming. They charge you $100 to book a flight and then another $100 if the flight was cancelled by the operator? On top of this they charge another $100 for rebooking the new flight. I'm never using HoT again.
