The PBT Group - Whangarei

Absolutely abysmal!Package was collected three days ago and no scans since. Trying to get hold of any of their offices is a waste of time. On hold for 30 minutes then they hang up. Highly likely our valuable goods have been ‘lost’ within their system.We will NEVER use this company again nor will we purchase from sellers using this so called ‘service’ as clearly they have no clue where packages are nor care to communicate with customers in a timely fashion.

Bought a package Sun 28th May which was schedule to arrive Tues 30th. Phoned PBT Wed 31st for an update and spoke to a CSR who continously spoke over me and got furstrated with me when i asked if they had any other details besides it being in transit (i.e. is it still in the South Island, is it in a depot somewhere, etc.) but they had nothing fot me and ended up telling me i had to call back Thurs for an update. I called Friday 2nd June, and another CSR said the same thing while cutting me off.I know what good customer service should look and sound like, i feel CSR's i engaged with would benefit from someone working with them to lift their capability.

Online order for sport shoes got to the Whangarei depot and missing/stolen internally from there. Phone was answered once in about 13-15 calls - they said they would get straight back to me and never did. Do not answer emails. Worst courier service I have ever had. Don't deserve one star. Can't be bothered reporting a theft to the police.

So hard to get hold of. Supposedly calling direct but it wasn't and I got the run around abit and then finally got cut off after an hour while still waiting. You need to be able to phone and get someone st the depot office. Frustrating......

Still waiting for a package three weeks later. Missing and they keep saying it will arrive in the next few days. Orders from china are coming before I get a delivery from The South Island with pbt, even though they were ordered after this order.

Took nearly 3 weeks to deliver an item. Upon checking up on them it was said there was a leave it note left, which it was not. 20 minutes on the phone and I had no luck connecting to anyone. When I then drove to the depot I was told the package was out for delivery... Something on their system doesn't work, the recipient sure is not kept up to date. The lady in the front office was a real pleasure to deal with.

Ordered a consignment for a customer two weeks ago, no sign of the package, tracking website doesn't know, nobody picking up the phone, hold music is an abrupt 20 second loop surely designed to make you hang up. Absolutely abysmal

Awful company, slowest service you will ever find. Any company that uses them for freight should be ashamed of themselves.

Would not recommend using this courier. Still waiting for item ordered from Supplier in Auckland and now a week still hasn't arrived. It took PBT 4 days to move from Supplier in Auckland to their depot in Auckland. When I rang they were hopeless. Had no idea. Tracking data was not entered correctly said they would ring me and update 4 days later nothing. Do not use them. Better to use a reliable courier where you get it the next day or day after.

Package says it's in there depot usually takes them 5 days to deliver it.Says there open I drove to depot to find there closed should update your page with times
