Smith & Smith Nelson

The Nelson team are absolutely awesome and were super helpful. Unfortunately this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I asked to be booked for 3 chips to be repaired but was only booked for 1. I drove in especially for this and they couldn't do them in all in the time they had so I had to try and arrange another time. You cannot call the Nelson depot directly, they won't even put you through on the national number. It took 3 more trips into town and a bunch of contacting the call centre to finally get the other chips repaired. S&S just need to let you contact the depot directly instead of waiting on hold for 10 mins to find out you can't be helped. I suggest trying Nelson Auto Glass or Novus. It's a shame, cos the local staff are so good.

Pretty inconvenient opening hours. Left quite a bit of a mess in my car after windscreen replacement, could have tidied it up. Wiper replacement costs are extreme, suggest going to super cheap for that! But otherwise kept up to date with progress (even though ran late) thank you for the service though.

After replacement windshield, cause leak water inside the car. And call customer service, pretend very sorry. And say will call back this afternoon or latest will be early tomorrow morning. Then one week past, don't got any single phone call. How terrible business. Just don't care.

Smith & Smith Nelson is an excellent company that provides a superb service. Betsy and her colleagues are friendly, professional and their customer liaison and work are simply outstanding. They are the benchmark and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Friendly service. Ran late due to short staffed, but worked out for us in the end. Good communication and let us know as soon as it was ready to pick up.

After replacement windshield,cause water leak inside the car .do terrible job. DO NOT Go there. By the way, I did call 0800 number. The lady say, I will tell manger, then will call back. Then. Never call back. Rubbish customer service.

Great service we were let down by novus so rang smith wasng a problem to get in .so we got our windscreen fixed
