Caffeine Fix - Coffee Machine Repair

Two very trustworthy and knowledgeable guys. I took my father’s old Breville in that was rather busted up. Turns out we can’t get replacement parts anymore for that discontinued model, however they gave me a teflon tube to try and fix the problem myself. -Stoked to know I can stop chasing my tail!

Caffeine Fix repaired and serviced my B.F.C Junior manual espresso machine. The extraction process has been improved, using less coffee and after tweeking the boiler temperature down, a much smoother drink. Andrew and the team at Caffeine Fix are very knowledgeable and maybe more importantly, honest.We had a Rocket machine damaged in transit, and they promptly quoted for the repairs. After acceptance from the insurance company, the parts were ordered.Due to ongoing supply chain issues, it was a number of months before the machine was actually repaired, but this is obviously no fault of Caffeine Fix.After the eventual repair, I noticed a leak from the machine. Took it back in to the store and the offending silicon tube was promptly replaced at no extra charge.They even threw in a new Blind Basket which had been lost in transit.Thanks again to Andrew and the team for a protracted and frustrating repair job for all concerned

Had been dealing with a malfunctioning Breville Barista Express for a few years now, where the shot timer would not work consistently.Finally pulled the trigger and bought it in to these guys on short notice and a few days later it was ready for pickup.Machine now works perfectly, although I don’t miss dialling it in - all the wasted beans hurt my soul.PS. My machine was imported and used a foreign plug. They swapped it to an NZ plug (they legally can’t operate on foreign plugs) free of charge. What an awesome surprise!Wish I’d done this sooner.
