I received good service from knowledgeable staff while making a purchase of a laptop. It is not the biggest PB Tech store, but it still caries a large selection of products. And as always, they offer competitive pricing.

Bought an expensive PC rig 6 months ago for my animation business. Needed a missing part recently and they have given outstanding customer support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay and PB Tech to anyone looking for a good solid supplier. V knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks guys.

Store customer service staff look at you like a deer in headlights (ie:dumb) when you're trying to get an answer from them and tell you to call customer service? Hello , isn't that your job to sort something out? Don't trust their website reviews because they only publish product reviews they like - shop around because other retail stores price match and give you better service.

These stores have very good range of products. Also in many cases very competitive prices. Unfortunatly I have found them very difficult to deal with when returning products for refund. Due to better prices elsewhere or a simply oversold product.

PB Tech Albany is a fantastic store! They offer a wide range of products at the best prices in town. The ample parking makes it easy to shop without any parking hassles. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, PB Tech Albany provides an excellent shopping experience with a great range of products, competitive prices, convenient parking, and a wonderful team of staff. Highly recommended!

Ordered 4 items on 3rd July and got a confirmation email that i'll receive the items by 7th July. 3 out of 4 items arrived promptly and 1 item wasn't. Contacted support as I realised I ordered the wrong switch, got this answered, however, the removed the missing item from the order instead of sending it. Very annoying and disappointing as no where did I ask to remove this item.

Compact but well stocked store. Was after an adapter on my first visit and a usb stick on my 2nd. Staff were super helpful and offer alternatives for the adapter. Highly recommend PB Tech.

Last Wednesday, I went to the Albany branch to swap out a couple of RAM sticks I bought as I thought they may have been causing issues with my motherboard. The sales assistant/staff that I spoke to (from what I saw, I believe his name was Ian Ding?) was incredibly polite and helpful. When I explained to him my situation, he was quick to help me with swapping out the sticks in case the original ones were faulty. He made the whole process painless and really easy going.From the handful of times I've come into the store, I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff. I will happily continue to shop from the Albany branch in the future.
