Such a great location and the staff is so nice and attentive, just too bad the air con is not working and it is very unpleasant to wait for your sandwich in the heat

I went into subway last weekend and while i was ordering someone in the back was chopping up a squirrel and i could clearly hear it squealing. When he came back from chopping up the squirrel he placed the nuts of the squirrel in my sandwich.

Just ordered a Meatball Melt footlong with chicken bites and a 600ml coke, there were many issues when it arrived. Did not receive the chicken bites with the hot sauce and also no coke. The sub itself did not come toasted as I requested, no onion, no jelapenos, no mustard, no chipotle and also no old English cheese. My first time ordering from subway Miramar and probably my last.

Amazing staff however the AC not working for the whole summer is not nice. Too hot to eat inside and queuing in the heat is not pleasant at all.

No issues with the food. Double standards with mask wearing. When asked to wear a mask I showed my doctor's exemption and the bald worker who couldn't work out how to wear his mask correctly told me it wasn't an acceptable exemption. While making our order 2 separate staff walked in past customers to the back without masks. When asked if they have the same standards for their staff as customers I was laughed at and told they are in a sperate bubble, appalling customer service.

Really fun to wait 10 mins to order and then be ignored for someone else who just walked up to the counter. Zero other people, not like the server wasn’t aware I was waiting.
