Great experience, except for the soap running out in the toilet. Friendly lady with a smile.Clean interior, everything stocked up nicely. Great selection of hot pies and food.Milk at reasonable price. Coffee hot and tasty

Awesome team, and Kathy 9the more mature woman there) makes the best coffeees. Everyone there so polite, caring and friendly. And great prices and service.

The car wash was what I used hear and I have got to say it did a really good job. I do think that this car wash did a better job than the one I would normally use, the BP on Lunn Ave Mt Wellington. I will go back to the Z car washer.

The old lady at counter refused to let me pay with my Z share tank although I have 70L paid in my App. She said I had to pay the full price and told me I couldn’t use my Z App???? Why is that????

The lovely lady named “Kathy” who was working alone the poor girl delivered amazing service and was extremely polite. Auckland needs more workers with her attitude. Thank you Kathy

I have been coming to Z Glen Innes for many years now and a cheeky little secret about this place is that it’s time to maybe one of NZs best car washes, paying $4+ a little petrol is never fun but at least the service is great here too help soften the blow.Great food options in the pie warmer, please bring back the chicken tenders!James AshwinKakapo Business Sales

We came here on the 5th after midnight for a late ice cream crave. The man working was really friendly and kept going back and fourth multiple times to check for ice cream brands/ flavours.( I would’ve been annoyed at us haha )

I usually get great service at this petrol station until today. Used the car wash and part way through the cycle, the carwash stopped. I rang the lady inside who had served me earlier and her customer service was embarrassingly shocking. At first she told me to reverse slightly, which I did. Then she signalled me wildly to move further back. There was another customer waiting to use the car wash so I asked if I could let him use it and I could come back another day and her response was “he can wait”. She then asked me to move all the way to the start (quite impatiently). Not sure if I want to be a return customer.

Cathy makes the best coffee from a Z store that me and my girlfriend have had and even from some other coffee shops. I do recommend trying the coffee.As for the other two Indians workers who are always playing on their phone but make it look like they are working on the computer. They are rude and ignore us even when we say hello or good morning. Cathy is the saving grace here.

Went to the window just before 4am to grab some things from Z Glen Innes. The gentleman who was working the Friday 26th March Graveyard shift was more intrigued with the movie playing on his laptop rather than serving the customer properly. We tried to tell him what we wanted through the window and he said the microphone wasn't working" so we had so much trouble trying to communicate with him. He didn't even attempt to open his mouth properly when he spoke so that we could at least read his lips. He looked tired and uninterested. Very disappointing customer service. He got the wrong items then looked annoyed that we asked to specify what was in the paper bags. How about just open the doors like the other gas station around the corner from you so we can go in and get our own things that way you don't need to give people attitude."
