The staff don’t care about selling, I have been trying to buy an item for like 10 days, calling and no one bother to give update, they even don’t know what we agreed on and the person went on leave! Called asking if they got item ready for pickup and no one knows what I’m talking about.Offered to pay at the start and they said no need you pay when you collect which later I discovered they sold the item to someone else because I didn’t pay! Really confused !Head to any other store which they appreciate the business, nothing special about them and quality is similar or worst

Some unique and interesting options, but unfortunately often overpriced, with limited stock in-store, and pushy to the point of being aggressive sales staff. Many similar offerings can be found cheaper at other locations.

Went today to view a coffee table and were led out the back by roller doors to see a table fully wrapped in plastic. Asked if we could see it unwrapped. Response Why would you want to see it unwrapped. You can see it?" Begrudgingly said if we wanted to we would have to help her. We walked out.Have ordered lots from here before but never again. Absolutely appalling service."

This company’s service does not fit with the name of this company. They promise you something, then they always delay and can’t make their commitments. You have to call them back. I have never experienced this kind of service before.
