I hadn’t been aware of this onboard glucose monitoring system. It has truly been life changing for me. The process of taking blood readings before and after meals etc was seriously unappealing. The Libre monitoring system has freed me from that tyranny. Ordering through the website is easy and reliable. Haven’t encountered any problems. The only thing I’d change is to introduce the ability to collect directly instead of couriered. However this hasn’t been a typical year and I can understand a desire to reduce foot traffic and minimise the risk of Covid transmission. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both the Libre system and Mediray.

I have had an ongoing first class experience with the team at Mediray. The Libre Flash system is a life changer. The ability to test without the disincentive of finger pricking is massive. Being able to test as often as I want increases my awareness of my diabetes. Knowledge is power, therefore the Libre gives me the power to improve my diabetes control. Good control is everything, and I'm grateful for it. The team at Mediray are quick and efficient. I order online and in very short time I receive the notification that the order is received, then again when it is dispatched. If the courier is slow, they have followed up for me. Thanks Mediray team. Well done!

When dealing with support always answer you require insulin. Otherwise support is not willing to help. Even though you’re only off insulin because you use the sensor to control your condition. Very disappointing.

Great service. Always prompt. However 2 small suggestions twice my packages have arrive badly squashed by courier even though you have put a do not crush sticker on box !!! And secondly it would be good if you had the option to store credit card details to make ordering even easier. Otherwise excellent.
