Great experience. All the power dropped out at our house, so we gave RichmondBarr a call. They came out fast, figured out there was a burnt-out connection with the cable to the street, and we had it all up and running that same day.

Over priced, guy who came out didn't seem to know what to do when wiring up our lights, then asked for a quote to do with the internet line and was quoted for extra things not needed with a quote 4x what was told it may be.

I’m very greatful to the team at Richmondbarr, I found everyone I spoke to very helpful and friendly, I was very pleased at how quickly someone could turn up and there guy was lovely and very knowledgeable. I had an unusual and very dangerous fault which resulted in well energy turning my power off for 2 days to repair lines. Myself, the people I live with and our family’s are very greatful you found my fault before someone got hurt.We can’t say thank enough
