At the time there was no one else in the store so was seen to straight away. Although he couldn't help me as my ph is on pre paid. A very helpful man all the same lovely and polite. Sent me on my way satisfied with what he had to say. Very clean well stocked store and the air on was a great retreat from the heat outside

Worst customer service for broadband. Finally decided to terminate my relationship with them after 3 painful months. Good riddance. It's pathetic that you can not get help in-store and the overseas customer service centre doesn't know left from right. One dept says you're connected, the other dept emails you're not. Eventually got connected to be charged $20 extra per month for a $60 plan. When I questioned this, was referred to credit review. What does credit review got to do with me being overcharged?

Customer service on this business platform served by a young female was indeed a stressful and volatile experience as a Corporate business customer. I seriously question this platform with no integrity respect work and basic listening skills. It is indicative conflict of interest is lacking in training these young people in the workplace. Overall a bad reflection at the coalface of Vodafone.

The staff at Vodafone Whakatane are excellent. So knowledgeable, polite, professional, really good with ideas and explaining things to a digital immigrant. Been a customer of Vodafone (Bell South) since last century and no concerns or regrets for choosing Vodafone.
