I had an emergency with my oven just before a long weekend. Yani, Martin and Fenton fitted me into their schedule and provided excellent service, not only to diagnose the fault but they replaced the oven the next day. Highly recommended, will use again.Started calling around at 9am as urgently needed someone to look at our hotwater cyclinder. 1 shower and no hot water. 2 other local companies fully booked and couldn't help.Potter Electrical advised someone may be able to come today otherwise definitely tomorrow. Electrician called me back within an hour and arrived at the house at 10.30am with an apprentice. Electrician was fantastic with on the job training, our thermostat was replaced quickly, no mess left behind and we are super happy customers!From the first phone call to payment the service was exceptional. Prompt and efficient.

We had Potters come and replace our old switchboard, fix old light fittings and install an alarm. The team were punctual, very considerate around the house and did a great job. Very happy to recommend them.

Heating system failure. Called Potter Electrical in morning and Conor turned up mid afternoon and assessed that the thermostat was kaput. The system had a unique part that he did not have on hand so he went and sourced it then came back and replaced the part. Exceptional service, thank you.

Always quick to come out, much appreciated

We recently had a spa pool installed using Potters to effect the connection which entailed going the length of the house through the roof.They were on time, efficient and obliging, installing two outside lights while they were up there as a last minute request. There were problems with the pool electrical equipment which Potters at their inconvenience came and sorted out with little notice. They are highly recommendedRob and Sue

Excellent from start to finish. From the initial query to job completion, it was no hassle at all. It wasn't a big job we needed doing but it was dealt with promptly and professionally with excellent communication. The actual job was done nice and quick which was also really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Quick to turn up and fix our hot water issue and install 2 ceiling fans. The guys did amazing work and were honest about the costs and answered my dumb questions, and the bill was alot cheaper than we were expecting. Highly recommended and will be on touch for future electrical work.
