overall good attitude but bad organising they insisted we purchase our extra ammo after the 1st game but we insisted we do str8 away then we get to the arena and they have mixed our extra ammo that only 2 people purchased with the whole groups ammo after 2 games they said wel have a brake and then they said our time was up after only a hour. they are under staffed for weekends and cant even run 2 groups at the same time. I'd recommend this place for kids not teens or adults

My family and friend had an absolute blast!! The staff were warm and inviting, casual yet professional, made the experience that much more enjoyable. The low impact option was perfect for my sons birthday party, no child was harmed in the making of this fun :) My daughter had so much fun, she’s having her 13th there next month!

This is our second time coming this year. Our students love the place. I had to change the timing of the booking (9.30pm the night before). When I email the manager Vitaly, he called me straight away and was able to arrange staff for the time we requested for. I really appreciated this so much otherwise I would’ve had a lot of disappointed students. We appreciated the facilitators as they are clear on instructions and serious about safety with the equipment. What my students love the most was being able to have one of the facilitators join them in the last round. We’ll definitely be going again soon.

Highly recommended. Teen birthday party, outdoor arenas, the bus arena is really fun. Great value for 8 people. The young coach" Adam was very responsible even to the detail of taking his time with the overalls people were given and ensured everyone had a great time A+++"

Great location for this type of activity. The old Kingseat Hospital is derelict and makes for a great indoor shoot up Zombie styles. We had unlimited pellets with the shotguns and the kids had a ball. Organised Hell Pizza afterwards to eat on site to feed the troops. Great 10th birthday party.

The beard man at the counter was extremely rude and argumentative towards my family in general. He escalated very quickly into an aggressive confrontation and arguing with us. Would not recommend to anyone and definitely not returning

Paid the 3 hour teenage classic package for 10 players plus extra players for a birthday party. All teens and adults had alot of fun and experience of paintball. Arrived with no bruises and left with paintball bruises haha. We will be back again for another round. Thank you for the awesome day. Recommend to all A++++

I will try to go straight to the point:I am rating this business one star only due to the greed-loaded attitude they have had with me and my teammates today.We called and made a booking for 10 people to come and play paintball the next day. As part of the policy, we had to pay $100 to secure the booking, and so we paid the deposit. Although it says on their website that you are required to book days in advance, we called the day before and a man called Vitally was SUPER friendly and helped us find a spot for the next day. He was quick and, again, SUPER friendly.Less than an hour after the booking was made two of our teammates couldn't attend the game anymore, and in order to keep the deal at $49 p/p rate, we would have to pay for 10 people even though we were 8 people only. We didn't have a problem with that policy, we simply couldn't afford it and decided to call back and cancel the appointment and request for a refund, only to be met with a totally changed Vitally, who brushed our request off by pointing us to the policy which apparently states that they don't refund deposits because he already paid staff members and told them to come work the next day".I won't go into what I thought of this attitude but I just want to share my experience and tell you to do with it what you may. If a business is good at what they do there is no need to steal money from customers in this manner. We definitely won't return and deeply regret not choosing Woodhill in the first place."

Went with my grandson for his birthday. We played the intermediate level. Harris the instructor was friendly. Would suggest a bit of a make over for the party room but we all had a blast
