My husband purchased some underwear last week and got home and realised he had bought the wrong size. They were still in the original packaging and hadn't been opened. He took them back this morning at 11.30am with the receipt to change them and the the middle aged lady on the counter was extremely rude and said no can't exchange as you have already taken them home. She wouldn't listen to him and went on to serve another customer. Terrible customer service, won't go back.

Terrible experience. Had a click and collect that they said was in stock on the online store, sure enough i order it and wait the next day out for my confirmation to come to the store for pick-up. I got nothing so I was a bit upset realising that the site probably wasn't correct about the stock of the item I bought. So I went in store to see what the problem was and it said my item was In Transit" after I heard that I checked the shelves of the store and find my item on the shelves in front of me with plenty of stock and confront them about it and they wanted me to pay the full amount of the item again even though I already had the item paid for. Worst experience."

Good store to shop at and very helpful. Be nice if it was an extra store with bigger varied, otherwise nice shopping experience.

Most disappointed to hear Morrinsville store going out of garden products, we have quite a large older community that enjoy their gardening now it looks like we won't have a reasonable variety and prices of products
