Asked them to tow and scrap my 16 y/o sisters car today. Told her they'd call when they're there, never called and then illegally towed it! Attempted to steal her car with no payment! All you have to do now is de-register it." Drove her to the yard where they attempted to massively under pay us for it. Disgusting service and highly illegal business practise! Stay away!"

Extremely impressed with Alexander Scrap Metals. I sent a query via their website to see if they were able to assist with collecting a broken shed of ours and received a response almost immediately. Our shed was collected within the next week. Highly recommend!
