Great people to deal with had an issue with my fridge that couldn’t be fixed by them, no charge in trying to sort it for us who does that nowadays

Jordan and his team always helpful knowledgeable and accommodating with their time going the extra mile to get the job done. We always go to them for any repairs we need to have done and they do excellent work

We had a water leak which we discovered on our second day out of a six week journey and Jordan dropped everything - he assessed the problem and did the roof repair on the spot! Can't recommend Jordan and his team highly enough! He also freely gave us advice on upgrading our solar panels, only wish we lived in Taupo to access his services! Thanks again Jordan.

Just a few days before departing on a trip we found a hatch catch broken and needed replacing. They were very good in ordering the appropriate replacement part required which arrived promptly and took 5 minutes to fit as I had removed and taken the hatch to them. We were appreciative with this service. The shock came with the bill which we received while away. The parts pack with postage was around $40, the fitting which was done while I was present took under 5 minutes, and I guess a small extra amount of time to order from a Caravan supplier in the upper South Island - the bill was $158.00. Clearly the company has a minimum charge. If so this should be advised to their customers.. I was disappointed at this invoice but because they are local and have good reviews I will still use their services at this time. Just be aware small jobs cost big money here. Make sure you get an estimate or quote.
