I am a services engineer with over 20 years of construction industry experience. We commissioned OBD to undertake design for secondary structure supporting a significant array of complex services more than 9m above the ground. Due to structural and acoustic requirements we had limited options for support along with a tight timeframe and a client led desire to avoid fabricated section.We found ODB communicative and responsive and open to working within the constraints we had. The result was a comprehensive set of design documents that allowed construction to be priced accurately and be constructed efficiently.

I was given an estimate of $9k and was invoiced $42k. I was charged for querying their findings and when ever I asked a question. Every time they changed engineers, my charges increased because the new person took so much longer to understand our work. I have dealt with engineers for 18 years and never come across such difficulty or such poor service. I found Tony O'Brien to be extremely rude, offensive, with very poor customer focus. Avoid this company unless you want stress and huge expense.
