Concierge Car Wash - Sylvia Park Shopping Centre

Edit: Even though the below statement is still true, they have organised to repair the damage and wet vaced the car again. The car still has an unpleasant smell and the electrics are still broken awaiting parts to replace.Original post:If you value your car do not bring it here. Took the car in and asked for exterior clean and internal carpet and seat clean. Car looks very clean inside and out but now window switches on driver's side no long work, radio turns off randomly, try to raise window and it goes down and both of my automatic doors now don't close or open properly, and lastly the boot is flooded with an inch worth of water 2 days after having all doors and windows open heater and dehumidifier inside. Auto electrician has quoted $5k worth of damage caused by this company. I have been on the phone with them and was told this is a common problem but it will fix itself when dried out.

Have had my car washed twice at Concierge and twice have left unsatisfied. After the first clean the inside of the windows were smeared and there was still dust in coin trays and under some seats. Also some wax left on the exterior of the car. However it was the first time so I thought I'd give them another chance.Second time around was no better, in fact it was slightly worse. I specifically pointed out some tar streaks that needed to be removed. When I picked up the car they said they had run out of the product needed to remove the tar. They then insisted that I come back in 4 days time to have the spots removed.Tar is a common mark on cars and the product needed to remove should be in stock at all times. Then to ask me to come back in is simply an inexcusable level of customer service.I suggest to avoid and take your vehicle somewhere else.**Follow Up**After being contacted by the manager, we arranged a date to have my car returned for a reclean.Unfortunately I couldn't make the first time suggested and rebooked for 10am 13/4/23. On arrival I asked the staff member about my booking. He responded that he knew nothing about the booking. I repeated to him the saga that had caused me to be there and he called the boss to confirm.It turns out the boss had a medical issue that had prevented him from coming in. None-the-less, the staff should had been informed of my 'booking' and at a minimum a booking should have been made in their system.I was made to feel like a complete chump having to repeat everything. I was again offered to rebook - which I refused.I have since had my car cleaned at the other Sylvia Park car cleaners - Espresso Car Wash. At my cost as I was very frustrated with the service and care provided by Concierge.

One of worst car wash experience ever i had. car was not even washed properly , lot dust spots. Contaminates not removed .completed work in a unbelievable time, i was staying there to see how they are doing it. Just done a poor vacuum inside and washed the car that's it.once i came back home and used a normal cloth with water and the spots vanished , what the heck ? that much poor work is been done by the carwash .is this really what you get when u pay for a premium service?Booked a Hand PolishWhich includes (worth of $125)Super Wash Plus +Remove ContaminatesExterior Duco AppliedProtective Hand Finish

Worst service ever received. Went for mild smell within the car and used the shampooing service but it was done incorrectly by these people and caused stinking smell that caused to reduce the Value of the car too. Irresponsible and bad service. Totally don’t recommend them. The service provided was bad and they have been fooling and not refunding the money since more than a month too. Don’t spoil your cars present state by choosing to service them.

I have paid $103 for super wash this morning. It should include a complete interior vacuum but interior is still super dirty, no vacuum at all. Not sure if it's misleading on the website wherein it says it includes a complete interior vacuum. Just sharing my experience.

Booked my car to get washed on Saturday. A kid calls me back after I already booked to say they can't wash my car because they want to finish early due to public holiday. He says to come the following day.I come following day, they are closed.Come the day after and they say they close in an hour but will do my car. I tell them not to rush my car (nicely) about 3 times before i left my car with them.I get into my car after clean, they didn't bother to lift car seat to vacuum under it. Cobwebs still on both side view mirrors.Center console wasn't cleaned properly.I paid $89 for this!

The Car detailing itself was a huge disappointment. Asked for a super wash and was told this would not get the hard marks/dirt off and we were recommended to get the full detailing service, Paid for a full detail service and this was not the case, went to pick up the car and had to ask the staff why all these spots/marks were still there, staff then tried to remove them as best as they could. The seats were also washed and we have had to take the car with plastic covers on the seats because the seats are still saturated, we shouldn’t need to try and get the seats dry! very concerned it is going to leave the car smelling damp!! Not happy with this at all. No ceramic coating to protect the car as promised. Waited 4 1/2 hours for the car to be done. It was the end of the day and we felt bad for the staff as they were absolutely buggered they were great but just disappointing paying $200 for something and not getting what you paid for.Ethan and Naz were awesome as they stayed back after hours to try and fix the issue, but as I said they were absolutely tired it was after hours and we felt bad making them stay back longer to fix this, we also needed to go after waiting 4 1/2 hours. Highly recommend rectifying this issue at your own cost
