Seriously the best burger! Charcoaled beef patty and the sauce go so well together. Bun is amazing too. Can feel little hard as burger bun but it just makes perfect harmony with all the ingredients. Love!

Good food, amazing team there! !Guys, call in advance and order your burgers!You DO NOT have to wait in line to get your burgers! There a Phone Order pick-up window, avoid the queue!I called in at 4:25pm, and ordered two burgers and one fries. Alexia (?) I think was her name, she said roughly 10-15 minutes wait, explained no need to queue up, just go straight to Phone Order Pickup Window with my Order PIN number. And when I arrived, I payed and picked up within 2 minutes!

Their burgers are really good and filling for the price (mostly within <$20). Staff members are friendly and welcoming. Wait times could improve but understandable given the demand. Peak lunch times could get crowded so do expect to stand in a long queue.

Worth all the hype & the wait! We’re from California and The Swine burger was one of the best burgers we’ve ever had! The burgers are supersized, my husband and I shared 1 & it was plenty. Their avail seating is very limited, we got lucky.Hot tip: Go by 11:30am or after 8:00pm for shorter wait times, and they have a restroom!

This place is magical. Amazing burgers, good variety to choose from, great service and the vibe. Always crowded no matter what time of the day it is. Now I know why they call it the best burger place in NZ. We loved our vegetarian burgers. Definitely recommending to friends and visiting again when back in Queenstown.

Excellent burgers! Secret sauce is amazing and the selection is mind boggling. The staff is cheerful and lively (even after a late night staff Christmas party). The food is worth the wait and YOU WILL wait! The lines are long but go quickly. The Fergburger name has everything in this plaza! Bar, gelato, burgers, dessert, sandwich shop. Genius!

Service was pretty quick so don't be scared by the long queue. Burgers are yummy and big portion. Bakery and Gelato are worth trying too, they are just next door.

When you are in Queenstown, you definitely need to stop by and taste their burgers. It's not surprising that you may end up staying in a queue at busy times, but luckily the queue will progress forwards and the end result will compensate you.We have tried three different burgers (Mr. Big Stuff, Sweet Bambi and Bombay Chicken), and I can confirm that they not only taste great but also fill you up. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to other venues in Queenstown, and you get an excellent and yummy burger at the end.
