Even though there was a wait I put my online order in at 2:30 was ready at 6:30 i do understand that it was their first night opening was not disappointed food was really good and we will be back to the staff you all did well considering how busy you were

Poor customer service when busy. She kept saying to everyone that it won't be too far away when she should give us the exact time. 2 hours wait tonight. Staff in the back was flat out except for one that wanders around. Will never buy there again. Seen some customers complained and some got refund cause the wait was far too long.

Put in an order at 6.25pm (30/6/23) and still haven’t received my food, got a text at 11.30pm saying that it was on the way but again never showed up, tried ringing multiple times but no answer, what a joke. All these 5 star reviews are obviously friends of the business owner doing fake reviews, sad.

Great pizza! All these negative reviews are awful. They are obviously a new business going through teething issues and are obviously desperately needed in Stratford hence the huge wait times! Chill out people, give them a break.

So I ordered pizzas last night at 5pm for delivery at 7pm. Had an understanding that they might be slammed with opening night. However, come 11pm I had had no contact from the store and also surprise,surprise no pizza. Despite multiple calls to the establishment there was no answer. I drove to pizza hut today to seek a refund and they put my name on a list. (A very long list) and said someone will be in touch. Their store is now shut and have not been picking up the phone all night. I get that opening night was probably the worst night to order but zero contact despite a personal visit to the store.....Take some accountability.

Had this twice and both were disappointing. Once pickup and they gave me a time and then I picked it up at that time and it had been sitting in the warmer for ages. Also no one came to serve us for a full 5 mins. The pizza was not very warm and the base was chewy because it had been sitting there for a while.Second time we ordered delivery and they showed up over half an hour late and the pizza was also almost cold.I know they are trying to get their stuff together but they have been open a while now so should be able to get deliveries out on time.
