A highly respected company that delivers on quality.Evidence with dates and receipts showed Enjoy Childcare was not at the pool facility on the date mentioned in other review.

Was at Johnsonville pool on 26th September 2016 from 11am to 1pm with my 2 children. During the time I was there they had 2 children that had to be pulled out of the pool as they couldn't swim adequate for the depth they were put in. Very poor supervision. Life guards all gathered around that area of the pool to supervise their children from their holiday program. Be careful! You've been warned. I wouldn't let them look after my dog!

Love the company. Both our children have gone their for years. The staff changes a little, as with other companies too (almost good for the kids!). Can feel the owners are parents & care/understand. Short notice change to booking is major benefit to their service. I see no reason to not recommend them. Its great at Ridgway school now in new classrooms. Thank you the Enjoy Team.

Hit and miss.Mostly good but yesterday we did have a problem with the drop off service, so maybe don't use that one extra service.Also, keep in mind that we use Enjoy a lot and this has been the only hiccup in a year.Online the after care drop off service says from 5:00pm to 6:00pm, I called them at 6:00pm as we still did not have our daughter back or any message about what was going on.The driver (who was a replacement driver on the day apparently) got lost, had no physical map, had no internet connection to get a map,did not bring my phone number with her, did not call Enjoy head office to get my number and keep me informed or ask for help/directions.It seems she may have been asking my 6 year old for directions.All is safe and sound in the end but if I had not taken the initiative, called and then gone out to get her myself who knows how long this would have gone on.Please note that this was only one hiccup.There have been other days with Enjoy that have been perfect and certain carers that my daughter and I have really connected with.So... it's hit and miss.
