Returned to Wellington for six weeks Feb/Mar. Cuba Mall needs a bath. A hot soapy steam wash would be a start (and for the feral occupants the thought of soap may scare them away).Run down, dirty, from being the trendy part of the city it's deteriorating into a slum.Walk through quickly to the more interesting side streets .
