Fantastic honnest workshop.Got some bushes and wheelbearings replaced at the same time as look at check engine light Two oxygen sensors required replacing. When i picked up the car was told the oxygen sensors were not plugged in and was no charge for it. Really nice to have a workshop you can trust and not charge you for work that was qouted but not needed.

340 dollars for them to change a fuse in my car!! I do not recommend them to anyone. I also will add I told them when they picked my car up that it was the fuel relay as a friend had already had to me that could possibly be the problem. 280 of the bill was just for there labour. The place is practically robbery in broad daylight !

Really happy with the friendly service I receive each time I take my car in. Also pleasantly surprised about the price, definitely good value. Would recommend to anyone a very trusted team!

The team at APS are knowledgable, helpful and provide fantastic customer service. Always prepared to go the extra mile to assist. They have always done a great job maintaining my corvette. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

My mother-in-law had poor service while having car troubles has been back the 5 times for the same problem. She is not at all car orientated and was only taking APS advice. She has spent over $1000 for work that was now found out to be not needed! Very unprofessional customer service and has not offered anything in return for her time spent fussing over a problem that could have been fixed a long time ago!! Will not be recommending this business to anyone!!

First class service every time. I now call all my vehicle fleet servicing done at APS. Fast, efficient service. Great communicators. Where else can you book in for a service and they're ready to start your vehicle AT THAT TIME. So I can go off for a coffee/shop and get a call as soon as it's ready. They don't 'look for faults' or try to get more work. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Was charged over $250 to be given a completely wrong diagnosis on my car. Extremely appreciative they fitted me in on a busy day, but within 30 minutes at a home mechanic the car was fixed as it was an 02 sensor. They did diagnose other problems with my car which I really appreciate, but to be charged over $250 to diagnose the wrong problem I honestly just feel ripped off. Once again they did a good job and were professional but to spend almost 2 hours labour and not be able to diagnose the problem correctly is really upsetting. After spending over $250 at APS I left with my car running no better whatsoever, $30 and 30 minutes later at a home mechanic (who is a 16 year old apprentice) and my car was running absolutely perfect, and just drove to wellington without an issue. In general I'm extremely disappointed with the service, but once again thanks heaps for fitting me in on a busy day.Cheers, Elias DaviesValue Vehicles Taranaki
