ASB Glenfield Branch

The attitude of the Indian service staff is extremely bad. They have no patience at all. They don't think about the problem from the customer's point of view. They make the customer wait for half an hour without solving any problems.

Terrible staff etiquette. It seemed I was interrupting their day when I arrived for my appointment. I was told my paperwork was good by the staff member who booked my appointment last week and told the total opposite from a staff member who took the appointment. So I closed my account.

Very slow service, which is typical of banks and other shops in this kind of backward country NZ. I went there to open an account, but all the staff were stuck with other customers and I could not get my turn even after waiting for 15 min, so I ran out of my patience. Then they told me that they would ring me when it is my turn, but they did not ring me even after waiting for 3 hours, which is again typical of this backward country with full of untrustworthy businesses with horrible lazy customer service.

Good friendly service. Was just abit busy so there was a line when I arrived around mid day.

I have always had good service at this branch. Although not fast, but what bank is, the service is freindly and polite.

I have always found ASB Glenfield staff to be friendly & helpful . In particular- I dealt with Shanti the other day & she was wonderful!!Thanks ASB Glenfield for your commitment to customer care !

Not clear in to exactly what they want to just open up an account. I got several different documents from another bank. In the end gave up on the terrible process and service

Very poor service by the front desk guy. Very invasive and unnecessary questions just to make an appointment. Definitely not coming back or recommending this branch. The Bank should choose better their employees and give a proper training.

Very easy to see why this branch has a 1 star rating! Ting shuen chia and jade carter (? She has messy writing, cant quite read her name) wont take a business deposit from someone who doesn't personally bank with ASB. I've been doing the business banking for a year and a half, sometimes at this branch, sometimes at wairau. Glenfield ASB is unnecessarily hard to deal with. They go out of their way to be unhelpful. Want you to open a business account with them, then won't let employees deposit into it. I was asked for ID and several personal details. But the details asked depend on who you get at the counter. There is no consistency. If you have a process then stick to it, don't change it for each teller.Edit: I'm at wairau branch, no questions asked, deposit made with no bother. We had a good laugh about the Glenfield branch, they weren't surprised by my feedback!

Do you wonder why your BRANCH is the lowest rated bank in all of NZ?Today I could not deposit money. I could not open an account. Bobby the manager had absolutely zero autonomy to help. I did however get plenty of offers for hand sanitizer. Maybe you should quit banking and go into the hand sanitizer business which you seem proficient enough to manage
