Had a really good experience here, the receptionist was amazing, very professional and kind, very helpful and greeted everyone with a smile. Warrent guys seemed good aswell. Way better than VTNZ!

Hard to get ahold if, contacted them 2 weeks ago to book a service and Warrent for my car, haven't heard back so went elsewhere.

Fast and reliable. AA have processes in place to get you back on the road with confidence. Great communication with workshop repairs and the office girls are so understanding and helpful too. I'd recommend AA membership in an instant to all responsible drivers.

If your vehicle is 20 years or older don't go here! Wof check pulled up items which aren't even part of the check! Pretty plain to see they don't want older vehicles on the road!

Darelle on the front desk was so lovely and helpful! She made us feel a bit calmer about all the problems with our van and was very pateint with all our questions. Thanks!

Nothing to complain about.staff polite and explaining whats happening.had a service done and a diagnostic done.a couple of things to be fixed,done all in a day and a call when all finished and ready for pick up.

If I could give no stars I would. I have taken my mums car in multiple times to this place and it always comes back with a different issue. They are always trying to fix mistakes that THEY have made, making her car worse every time. The amount of money we have thrown down the drain to fix issues that were never there before they got their hands on it is sickening. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. This is extremely unsafe to be sending someone away with dangerous car issues after supposedly “fixing” the problem. Makes me sick to think my mum is out on the roads travelling long distance to work everyday in a car that they have made unsafe.

Disappointed to learn how my daughter was treated in February. She took in her car for a warrant, to which it failed. When she asked the male who had screened the car explain the items requiring addressing, she was told- ‘not my problem, learn about cars’.Service was rude, unnecessary and unhelpful. The car has since been thoroughly checked out by another mechanic elsewhere and passed it’s warrant with flying colours.

I am very happy with the service of this company. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for a WOF. They are quick, friendly, and yet very professional. You don't even need to make a booking for a WOF.
