Good quick repair on Monday when nobody else was open and local Eastside to do it. Luckily had the stuff I needed in his shop at the time. Best convenience.

Opawa Cycles was recommended by a few work colleagues. Dropped in without a notice and asked Andrew to check my bike. He had it ready and derailleur straightened within a couple of hours.Awesome service, and will definitely return for servicing/repairs and spread the word. Can't fault his service. Thank you!

Andrew is amazing! My bike had a flat and since I worked during his usual shop hours he made an exception and made special arrangements to get it fixed. Although it all worked out in the end, his exceptional above and beyond customer service was greatly appreciated. I was able to bring in my bike and get it fixed in just under 10 mins for a low cost. Would highly recommend his shop and expertise!

You could search far and wide and not find better service than what you receive here. Andrew is a top notch bloke, he fixed and serviced my bike which is roughly 378 years old and got it going like new. And it only cost me the price of like 1 Hells Pizza so the bang for your buck is astonishing!10/10 would wreck my bike again to get it repaired here!

Don’t let the state of the shop fool you. I’ve been to bike mechanics all over the world, and Andrew is a class act. Every job he’s done for me has been done well, thoroughly and at a good price. For repairs and maintenance, he’s the only one I’ll use in Christchurch.
