Terrible haircut my son explained well what he wanted and got a totally different haircut for some reason there are bits missing at the back looks like he has done it himself. He was so upset afterwards he refused to let her try and fix it and I don't think she actually could of so will be going to his normal barber to see if they can correct it at all. Will definitely not be going back

Absolutely terrible I left in tears today and managed to get a refund. I ask for a cut just above my shoulders and I showed the lady where I want my hair just sitting on my shoulders or just under and I explained it took a very long time to get my hair the length it was. I have left my a very very short blob with my just under my ears and just only just manage to tie it up. Please don’t go here it’s terrible. I find silverdale a much better branch to go to. Very disappointed and upset

I'm in a position where I can leave a genuine review for this place as I have been here on three separate occasions (Silverdale branch).For the first two visits when I got my hair cut here it was okay... For both I was just getting a trim to shoulder length where I requested the edges to be softened however on both visits I left with a blunt, straight cut that I could have done myself if I'm being honest (I have thin, straight hair so not that difficult to tame). After each visit, the results were not what I wanted but it was not terrible and I figured it is just hair so it will grow back (hence why I gave them a second and a regretful third chance).After the third visit, I have never felt like this about a haircut ever. I hate it. It's at a length that I can't even tie up to hide it. Its layered like crazy which I did not request so my hair looks thinner than it already is and I've got chunks that don't blend all over my head. Imagine Lord Farquaad from Shrek if the three blind mice had a go at cutting his hair. I feel like I can only laugh this one off to make myself feel better about it.The ladies that did these cuts were nice enough so this is nothing personal, however, I think they would benefit from actually listening to what the customer wants and not putting there own spin on it. I never leave reviews and I have given them enough chances to redeem themselves but I can 100% confirm that I will not be returning here. Do with that as you please.

The bloke who cut my hair must have been aiming for a world record. No care and attention, just wham bam thank you sir. You would think they relied on repeat business. Will be looking for someone to do a fix up job.

My 7 year old had some terrible dreadlocks type knots. We went in to get some help getting them out and a hair cut. The lady offered to give me some conditioner and a comb before she would look at her hair. Poor service and obviously a lack of confidence in her own hairdressing abilities. Would highly recommend NOT GOING HERE

Will never go back again. Showed the hairdresser a photo of me with my hair cut how I wanted it. She did a completely different cut and cut a big chunk out of the back - looks like a kid got the scissors and did it. When I said it’s not what I wanted she argued with me and told me it was my mistake. I showed her the photo again and she said she didn’t look at it properly before and what did I expect her to do about it. Short of gluing it back on it cannot be fixed as she cut it so short in the middle at the back, it’s shorter than where the hair grows but in the photo it is shoulder length and a completely different style. My daughter in law just got home and I asked her how the back looked and she went quiet, then said I can’t lie to you, it looks really bad.

But this lady ruined my hair without consent and on purpose out of spite or malice.i tried to make friendly light conversation as always cause she seemed angry in general, just to get sighs, eye rolls and mean remarks, all while genuinely messing up my hair by doing a style i did not ask for, making me ridiculously uncomfortable as she rushed through it.she started to wrap up without asking me what i thought or how i liked it so I politely asked if she could bring the fade higher and get it a little closer to 0 before she wrapped up, just for her to totally flip and berate me for my opinion on how i wanted my haircut which I was paying for.to be told its MY FAULT for her actions, THEN she tried to charge me more than she agreed on, which was already $22 compared to $15 at Kess hairdressers in the mall.She then really angrily and frantically seemed to ruin my hair maliciously wrapped up and demanded her money. As i walked away she then started saying nasty stuff about me to her co worker who was also uncomfortable all within earshot :(I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW RUDE AND UNCOMFORTABLE HER ENERGY AND DEMEANOR IS/WAS. In the past I've had a pleasant and haircut and friendly conversation with a lovely Asian lady, I wish I got to deal with her instead.If I were in charge of that place, I would look for someone to replace the rude grumpy whale of a lady with someone who enjoys their work enough to try do AT LEAST the bare minimum required like being a little kind/positive to you or at the very least just a slightly more decent human being, literally anyone would be better, id rather be bald than deal with that tavern wench of a lady again.
