Sneh at omni tec Papamoa came to my rescue after a total phone crash - her service and care has been absolutely fantastic. My provider spark could not do any thing to assist - sneh completely restored my phone plus Bluetooth in my car - Sue Hatchwell

They replaced my screen about 5 weeks ago, customer service was impeccable. Today I returned as my screen was frozen, again awesome customer service. Screen frozen due to me, not updating. They updated for me at no charge . Very unexpected, much appreciated.

These guys are great! Got a new iPhone and they recommend I get a screen protector and camera covers to protect my phone. Two days later I dropped my phone and the camera covers saved my camera lenses from cracking. Definitely worth it!

I needed my phone screen replaced on my iPhone, and to their credit it they did it quickly for $350. But they never informed me that it wasn’t an Apple part so my phone dies extremely quickly and the a lot of the screen features no longer work. If I had have known that the part was a third party screen I never would have paid the money, unacceptable not letting a consumer know this before performing the repair
