Their online orders fail to ask for ID @ any point that they could then they wake you at 10 AM via sms asking for it then (at which point they've delayed the order enough it's no longer worth the time) when you instead ask to cancel the order they fail to respond or send refund so yeah, avoid at all costs, stick with the more reputable vendors like Shosha.
