With stunning weather and a picnic in hand, this is a lovely place to visit. Birds chirping and lovely accents in the air. Twists and turns up and down pathways are worth a visit!

Fabulous place to take the family on a fine day. Lovely easy and very pretty bush walk in from the car park. Free BBQs and a safe steam to paddle in. Sometimes there are eels to feed from the bridge. Plenty of room to run around on the grass.

Exquisite nature at this place in the morning at 8:30am in Oct. Abundant bird life with tuis and kaka tracking high over head. Stately natives reaching for the sky.

Loved it! I have enjoyed the quiet walk with friends in all the two times I have been there. There is a space for bbq and for outdoor activities/gatherings. There are also plenty of native trees within.

Lovely walking and biking trail. The picnic spot is awesome with nice barbeque option. Great time with family and friends. Have free parking lots at either end of the park.

Awesome place for a picnic with friends or family's. Large grass area and two free access public BBQs. Some great tracks for walking and seeing the surrounding nature
