We have a family member in palliative care at Freeling Holt and we cannot say enough good things about the exceptional care our family member is receiving. At such a difficult time it is extremely reassuring that patients get the best care and we have every confidence Freeling Holt is the BEST place to be in this situation. The team ALWAYS have a smile on their face, are so helpful, have lovely interaction with residents and make time to give family members updates.The manager Vivian and office manager Robyn help walk you through all the paperwork involved so you don't get overwhelmed. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the grounds are so tranquil with native bush surrounds and each unit feels like a sanctuary with a fairly private aspect and personal patio areas. The food looks delicious as well. We are grateful they have made this a little bit easier on our family.

My mum is a patient there at present and our family are very happy with the care she is getting, the staff are lovely and very friendly and always consult the family about her care. Mum keeps telling us that she is very happy and content and that is what matters to us. I have no hesitation in giving it a 5 star as the care is second to none
