I'd put a zero star rating of possible.terrible communication between teams and nothing but infighting in the company took nearly a year to get fibre installed in the end we changed subcontractor and it was done in less than a month.

Fantastic service, the contractor was really helpful - don't pay attention to the negative reviews, it's human nature to only comment when things are bad but hardly ever comment when it all goes well!

2nd australian company brought to nz by Chorus to do the Fiber to Home (NGA) project. running around 2 years in NZ still a long way to go for groth and maturity..( this is completly my view ...)Im currently contracting with UCG for MDU provisioning (Fiber optic connection for broadband and voice )

6th attempt since December (6 months) to get fibre installed. Installer never answers the phone, never shows up, despite UCG promising he'll be there, thus wasting my whole day waiting. Still waiting!

Just don't get your fibre installed by them. Been waiting for over 4 months.Customer service is horrendous, communication is non existent,and it always seems like it's someone else's fault

Worst company ever to work with. No on time help from the dispatch. Work load what assign to technician are really badly organised always overladed. I am glad to not work longer under this service partner. I had to take decisions of not continuing my work on telecommunications field due to the bad experience which I received here.

A month since requesting my internet be connected and I’m still waiting. Five broken promises of when this will be sorted by. Highly irresponsible contractor and company for allowing this to continue. I am now having to beg chorus to have a different company do this fiber install as any date UCG gives us will just pass by with not even a notice let alone an apology. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!

This Company's service is pathetic. They have been 'installing broadband in our building now for months. Cables have been left dangling from roofs
