Great to have office in Auckland, Overall good experience, but it should be clear on consular website that any attestation is $20 per document. It's around $100 or $120 NZD price if you have 5 or 6 documents to be attested. It should be low or free.On the website it says any attestation is $20, it not clear its for one documents or all documents.

Don't know if they deserve 1 star, 2 weeks and nkt been able to get through to someone over the phone. They do not respond back to emails either. What kind of consulate service it is, for nation of 1.5 bil. Hopeless

Easy and friendly . Been there 3 times with a friend,getting an appointment was not an issue,once you have all your papers/documents organized it’s very easy to get your job done. Had seen people coming messed up with their papers and trying to fill up forms etc ,those who may have a different say but for us it’s been done quite well..

Very very helpful staff was stressing out for my daughter visa as we were not able to get any update on her visa emailed serval times called more then 30 times. Approached Auckland branch for help as we live in Auckland & I was surprised with the help & support received got my daughter visa issued in just 30 mins. Not enough words to thank Auckland staff for taking my request seriously. A very big thank you.

Excellent experience and very easy to book an online appointment. Very supportive and cordial staff - both in Indian Consulate Auckland and HCI Wellington.Email reminders up until the appointment date including all necessary instructions on documentation and service fee.My PoA attestation was completed under 3 minutes in Auckland.It's consular services, so it's common sense that you need to present yourself with all the necessary documents in the correct order with accuracy as instructed on website and guidelines. If you're not following instructions or your documents are not in order (which is the case often) than it's your problem, not theirs.

Over the past few days been trying to get into contact with them but they neither pick up calls nor respond to emails. Poor customer service.
