went in with all window measurements to get qoute for blinds and the lady I talked to was friendly and helpful but it took about 2 - 3 months for the qoute to come through, I got my qoute from window treatments the same day and had them installed 3 weeks later so figured Active and just forgot me till their qoute finally came in, also window treatments where cheaper.

Exceptionally friendly and efficient service. I thought I was asking the impossible - to have a blind made and fitted within a week - but it has arrived within six days. The curtains installed six years ago are still perfect. Thank you Ali and Bella.
